Do we use the National Weather Service in the US grabber? It is the
source that gets prettied up for all the local weather forecasts and
it is public domain. http://forecast.weather.gov/ lets you input
either your city and state or your zip code. There are also
mobile.weather.gov and wap.weather.gov which may be easier to parse.

The forecast accuracy is generally much better with this data than
with something like the weather channel; if only because it is more
up to date. There are also public domain weather condition images
as well as radar and satelite images. They even publish a direct tech
support e-mail <Robert.bunge at noaa.gov> right in the service description
document.
