[mythtv] Broken multiproto 5 patch?

Hi everyone,

I just installed Debian Lenny (I thought trying this from a totally new 
distro & kernel would be helpfull)
Unfortunately I'm still getting the same errors when I try to scan my 
satellite:

2008-09-03 23:36:58.566 DVBSM(0), Error: Can not read DVB status
            eno: Ongeldig argument (22)
2008-09-03 23:36:58.567 DVBSM(0), Warning: Can not measure Signal Strength
            eno: Ongeldig argument (22)
2008-09-03 23:36:58.567 DVBSM(0), Warning: Can not measure S/N
            eno: Ongeldig argument (22)

Where is this coming from!? The patch applied OK. I'm using this one:

I'm even using the revision she made the patch on and it still won't budge.
