I'm not the OP, but you might like to know that the Nokia N800 and N810 
aren't phones - they are standalone PDA-sized computers (with Wifi and 
Bluetooth and USB so can be connected to a phone or a network). They run 
Maemo, which is a debian-based Linux distro.
