The cache capability is really only useful if the grabber is going to be 
called more than once per day. It means we can specify a cachefile where the 
results of grabbing will be stored and used for future executions of the 
script. It's a debugging facility and not one which the end user will benefit 
from.

Those grabbers which use http caching, using last modified dates and 
HTTP::Cache::Transparent do it automatically, but this is very different from 
the cache capability. There is currently no way to tell which grabber uses 
http caching.
