[mythtv] Patch to autodetect 4:3 Zoom aspect ratio

I have now created ticket http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/4872

To this ticket I have attached the latest version of my patch, this
version also switches to the "Half" zoom for content int 14:9.
