HD & SD : CPU Only

At least those names tell me what's happening. Unless the user is a GPU 
geek, they won't know which options try and use their hardware acceleration.

There should also be another default profile called "Unichrome (VLD)" 
which used the VLD decoder and would be great if before 0.21 as released 
that if people have selected the previous VLD option that myth 
automatically select this profile for them as part of the upgrade
