[mythtv] --as-needed fix from Nigel

OK. I spent about 5 hours getting it to
work for _me_, on 0.20-fixes, and SVN,
but I fully accept that it might not
fix everyone's build environments.

My env. was a hack that added --as-needed to
program link commands only (not lib generation).



1) I was mainly resolving ticket 2402,
which is for 0-20-fixes. The changes
to SVN also let me build that cleanly
using the same build env.


2) If you provide detailed build logs,
after purging all libmyth*,
I will try to work out why it is
still failing for you.

Providing /usr/share/qt3/mkspecs/default/*
may also help.

Yes, and you can achieve that by applying the last patch in
http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/4264
but this will probably not be applied to SVN before 0.21.
Not willing to risk it with the scarcity of testing.
