[mythtv] MythCinema plugin underway, seeking developers to join the team

I'd prefer if you integrated or at least used a model similar to the 
MythMovies and mythweather plugins. XMLTV might also be a good reference 
point. Cinema listings should be handled with drop-in (perl?) scripts and not 
hardcoded into the plugin. This allows different source websites to be used 
and the plugin to work in any country for which a script is available.

You might want to extend this idea to the other areas of the plugin. So that 
scripts can be added or replaced to support different sites and different 
locations.

If you intend for the plugin to become official then the movie trailers stuff 
should use mythtv's internal video player by default, though if the current 
version cannot handle all the trailers then offering the option to use vlc 
etc is acceptable for now.
