[mythtv] Win32 packager script repairs

A 'cp /lib/libz* /mingw/lib' in a MinGW shell did the trick.

Note 1: Adding it into the configured libraries would be
better than an extra copy. e.g. configure --libdir-name=/mingw/lib

Note 2: /lib (i.e. /c/mingw/lib) only works because it is
compiled into gcc. I had to add -Wl,-v to LDFLAGS to find it.
It might be better to explicitly add this, as above?




I will explore mythtv/config/config.pro
and mythplugins/cleanup/cleanup.pro
when I get up to that part of the build :-)
