[mythtv] LIRC Jump-to ticket 6039 should be re-opened.

Ticket 6039 - closed but shouldn't be.  I can't re-open but it didn't
fix the problem - in fact I know get a seg fault as a result of trying
to jump-to.

It also created a problem when changing channels out of guide --
