Thanks for the information. I don't know why but I get a syntax error
before '(' on line 36 in unistd.h (where usleep gets defined).

Did you have to modify the definition there? This is what mine says:

int __cdecl __MINGW_NOTHROW usleep(useconds_t useconds);
