[mythtv] Internal DVD player hangs after forward jump

I suppose this could be related to the ac3 problems being reported now,
although the messages above look DVD specific. The DVD was by
Mytharchive with a single ac3 stereo track. I don't have the same
problem when playing the original mp2 encoded recording. The audio
behind/ahead confusion also shows during the ac3 menumusic phase of the
DVD - as does mention of a dvdsub codec.
