[mythtv] Some blue theme image names are wrong in SVN trunk

I must be the only one who uses the blue theme, because I just noticed 
(two months later) that there are a bunch of misnamed files in the blue 
theme. All of the files in svn that are named mm_*.png should be named 
mv_*.png. I couldn't figure out why I couldn't change the video for file 
types until I noticed the missing images in the logfile:

I can't seem to generate a patch, but it shouldn't be too hard to fix.
