[mythtv] uPnP with Denon AVR-3808

Hi,
I have been trying to use Myth's uPnP support to play music from my
Denon AVR-3808. The 3808 is the "little brother" of the 4308 which in
turn is the newer revision of the 4306 which is reported to work
according to Changeset 14268.
When I change to the NET/USB input source, I see "myhostname: MythTV AV
Media Server" and from there I am able to navigate to "Music" then
either "All Music" or "By Album" (as an aside, I think "By Title" should
be added here). I can see my music collection and select a song.
Everything appears to be working as it should up until this stage.
The problem is that when I select any song (FLAC or MP3) I see a brief
"Connecting" message followed by the Title/Artist/Album details flashing
up before being replaced with a "Track Not Found Message". I do not
hear any sound.
I saw this problem with SVN revisions 14251 and with 14666. I have
upgraded the firmware on the AVR but have seen no difference in
behaviour.
When I tried running my backend with -v upnp I got this:
2007-10-19 09:58:19.435 Eventing::ProcessRequest - Method (CDS_Event)

Interestingly, all of this is printed before I actually selected any
music. When I did select something nothing was printed out. Does this
mean that the request is not reaching the backend? Can anyone suggest a
place to start debugging this problem? Perhaps I should try analysing
the network traffic instead?
TIA,
Daniel
