[mythtv] on-screen keyboard on mythbrowser

The on-screen keyboard works in the dev version 0.21 for HTML inputs, and
input can be entered with a remote (through lirc and irxevent).
But the data entered are not sent to the HTML inputs when the page is loaded
into a frame.
