Iirc he said last year while I wrote the V4L2 MPEG encoder api that all 
modes except mpeg2 ps are broken. SetV4L2DeviceOptions use only 
STREAM_TYPE_MPEG2_PS.

The same as above, only MPEG Layer2 Audio works properly.
