[mythtv] Ticket #3789: Ringbuffer fails to switch at end of program during livetv (huge recording file)

Yes, I'm using a Hauppauge PVR150 ivtv also.  I believe I saw this behavior intermittently before applying the patch.  I don't believe it happens every time, but I haven't really been able to determine any kind of pattern.
