[mythtv] [PATCH] Add keybinding for bringing up recording options

After I found the "Select changes channels in program guide"
configuration option, my ability to set up a decent series recording
from the program guide went away.  This patch adds a keybinding that
allows users to have both select-changes-channel and to be able to pull
up recording options from the guide.
