[mythtv] [mythtv-commits] Ticket #3339: single keypresses are interpreted twice

I've seen this with lirc with all settings and my repeat is also set to 0.
I've managed to slow down my lirc enough where this most times isn't an
issue for me. It seemed related to the speed at which commands were sent
from my remote. I've heard of a few people seeing this with keyboards as
well. This one seems very hard to track down.
