[mythtv] Official Thread: Mythtv.org Redesign

I completely overlooked the Wiki, given the default layout of most
MediaWiki themes and the familiarity of it compared to other wikis,
I'm willing to compromise by dropping the second navbar and putting it
back on the left side of the page for consistency. This oughta make
the page more familiar to those who frequent the MythTV site as it is
now.

I appreciate the comments so far on the site, and I am glad we could
come to an agreement on the page layout. I'll post again when this
revision is finished (with proper colors, this time). :)
