It takes two clicks from the main page to get there. The wiki is also
searchable with pages like "Bug Tracking System".

Currently there is not, you can save your name/e-mail in a cookie.

Part of why you may not have been able to find it easily is that it was
closed less than seven minutes after you opened it (assuming you were
talking about #2446). The column headers not sorting is annoying, a known
issue. Tickets are searchable though (upper left of that page).

Your ticket was closed because it isn't a bug. What you describe was covered
back when 0.19 was released (both in the release notes and many times on the
mail lists).
