[mythtv] Making Squished 4:3 -> 16:9 again for mytharchive DVDs?

Well, I *think* all that is needed is to make sure the right aspect ratio options are set in dvdauthor.xml for the video to get scaled as it should. Unfortunately my test of this never quite finished. Apparently my USB drive is acting like it was USB 1.1 and I'll need to sort that out or clear some room elsewhere for another test.

I still believe it would be beneficial to be able to change aspects from within mytharchive, but before making the DVD.
