Don't have any name suggestions, but wanted to comment on dependencies.
mythjobqueue depends on mythtv-setup since you configure the JobQueue via
mythtv-setup.  mythcommflag can be run anywhere as long as you have access
to the master backend.  mythtranscode can be run on any machine that has
write access to the recording directories that are used by the backends.
All of these depend on libmyth* being installed of course.
