[mythtv] Problem in compiling mythtv-0.20 in Gentoo

i used to have a set of ebuilds, but they got out of date

this script works on x86 and amd64

sorry, but i sent this from a windows machine. rename build.sh.txt to 
build.sh, edit it and then sh build.sh
i run this inside script, so i can look and see if there were any errors 
once the build has finished.
see also that i make a debug build. so that i can get a stack trace if 
necessary.
