[mythtv] channel.channum too narrow

Yes, that was right, however that just reset it to "(5)" again =).
Since Tom already had an example with 8 characters, I set it to 10.
Also, Is is better to attach patch files. Less chance of a cut'n'paste
error when taking it from in-line.
