I have to say, this is where a really good remote
comes into play.  I use a URC-6131 remote, which is
designed for PVR use, because of this, the button
mappings make a lot of sense.  Want the program guide?
 Push the GUIDE button?  Want information on the
current program?  Push the INFO button.

Of course, part of this is taking the time to properly
setup the keybindings.  A (technically inclined but
non-PVR user) friend of mine though was able to
navigate through MythTv when he was here just by
looking at the buttons on the remote.

Now if only there was a remote with the same
functionality as the 6131 that was sexier.  I
considered the Kameleon, but it has some deficiencies.
