Recordings started while watching liveTV and hitting the record button
on my remote.

Though I remember a while back seeing this with a scheduled recording
that I canceled early, it still showed the program end time as the
stop time of the show when it definitely stopped recording before that
time.
This latest round of recordings were live with odd start times (like
4:16 or 2:43) which I would then go into the watch recordings list and
tell to stop recording. I have one show that I recorded twice, each
showing the programs end time but with 4:16 and 4:23 as start times.

Same as above, something I'm watching in LiveTV and hit the record
button on my remote.
