[mythtv] vbi device detection for v4l capture cards

Mythtv currently does not look for vbi devices in /dev
It does, however, look in /dev/v4l and /v4l

For video/dtv devices it looks in /dev/v4l, /dev and /dev/dtv.

So, I've written a patch to look for vbi devices in /dev as well.
Why does it scan /v4l?  
I can find no reference to this directory anywhere online and think it
may be a mistake?

I propose that vbi devices should be scanned for in /dev and /dev/v4l
only.
