[mythtv] configure --disable-dvb-eit compile error (recent EIT changes??)

Do you think your recent DVB EIT refactoring could be responsible for 
breaking compile with the --disable-dvb-eit option??

I am using this option for the first time as I notice that some people 
(namely Ed) are seeing large leaks with this option enabled.

For me the compile bombs out with:
