[mythtv] [mythtv-commits] Ticket #1635: LiveTV uses UP to go up the channel list, Guide uses DOWN.

If I'm understanding this correctly, I think this is desired behavior.
Most digital cable boxes, satellite boxes, TiVos, etc use this style
of behavior (DOWN causes the channel # to increase in the guide, and
causes the channel # to decrease in normal TV).

Correct me if I'm wrong or misunderstanding...
