[mythtv] DVB - One bad channel

I have one channel (Channel 4, serviceID 1803) which sometimes will not 
tune, the PMT creation fails as it doesn't manage to find a matching PMT.
More precisely, I think it fails to find audio and video streams, only a 
data stream.

This is a (channel,record) log of a successful tune to this channel, 
followed by a tune to a normal channel (Chan5) and a failed retune back 
to channel 4.

This is not a recent issue, it's been happenening for quite a few weeks now.

If a dvbsnoop would help let me know
