Is the stack trace of a "stacked" scenario. It looks like you are seeing a
crash while the process is being cleaned up (the DiscCheckingThread appears
to be exiting and you have no Thread 4).

Can you reproduce this with just a single job?

Can you kill any running mtd and then 'mtd -n > mtd.log 2>&1' then get it to
crash and send the log as well?
