[mythtv] getting blocked recordings whenever two shows are in a row with latest svn

I'm seeing something similar.  I'm running svn 7381.  I haven't seen
the "tuner in use" error, but the second recording goes for 18 seconds
and then stops.  I've seen this happen now 3 times, so I think it is
fairly consistent.
