[mythtv] getting blocked recordings whenever two shows are in a row with latest svn

With svn compiles tonight and two days ago, it two shows are scheduled
to record one after another, the second one is getting blocked with a
"tuner in use" error. I'm not exactly sure at what point this started
happening, I know it was as of 10/4 - 10/5, but it may have been 10/1
- 10/2.

Let me know what other info I should provide.
