[mythtv] Browse channels across different inputs

I can now confirm that its broken in record mode as well - not been able
to select my tuner (from s-video) for 3 days now!! In record mode it not
only doesn't change input, it specifically seems to find the duplication
twixt sat box channel and terrestrial channel and selects the sat box one
(presumably because its on the currently selected input?). All very odd!

Just remembered that I've not tried the old method of using 'c' to change
inputs yet. Something for when I get home tonight...
