[mythtv] Browse channels across different inputs

Greetings

Running SVN 7980 (from yesterday) I find an interesting problem if trying
to change channels in LiveTV mode where the new channel is on another
input of the current (I only have the one PVR-150) capture card. i.e. A
channel defined to use s-video (sat box) changing to terrestrial on the
tuner or to the VCR on composite input. In fact I can't tune away from the
s-video input now :-( I've not yet tried it with a scheduled recording.

I get a report that the capture card is using all available inputs.

Just thought I'd mention it as 99% of my use is on the sat box input and I
only stumbled across it by accident!
