[mythtv] [exp. patch] 'Auto' Auto Delete

I've put a new patch up here:
  http://www.cuymedia.net/patches/

It automates setting the threshold and frequency of AutoExpire.

I added a new recorder but didn't update the autoexpire threshold,
which resulted in a program my wife wanted to get automatically
expired immediately after it was recorded. This happened because
MythTV will only autoexpire recordings of the current backend,
since this was a new recorder on a new backend, the only recordings
available for expiring were the band new recordings.. Yikes!

So this patch does two things, one it allows autoexpire to schedule
the deletion of a recording it did not record itself, if it shares
space with that recorder. And it also sets the autoexpire parameters
based on the bitrate of the backends sharing the space with the
current backend, this means if there are recordings to delete,
recording a new program is always safe.

I haven't replaced the autoexpire settings UI yet, but you shouldn't
really need to configure this..

This patch changes the protocol any binary versions, but doesn't mess
with the database.
