[mythtv] DVB-S scanning not working on AMC3/PBS Galaxy 10R/CBS

Manually add the transports and set the SI Standard to ATSC.. They don't use DVB
SI, but ATSC..

You might want to try and see if these are ATSC now.. I will see if I can scan
it here later on, but I don't know for sure.. Also some feeds like that tend to
move around..
