[mythtv] DVB-S scanning not working on AMC3/PBS Galaxy 10R/CBS

I am able to do a scan on

Galaxy 10R  11,800V @26,657.  I get the 20 or so channels.

But I can't scan:
AMC 3  12,110H  @14,025 (PBS)
Galaxy 10R  11,986V @5,152 (CBS,UPN,ABC)

Are they not using proper network tables?  Or is something else wrong?
