Nigel, this seems to break xv and xvmc output on X11 systems...

I'm recompiling from a fresh CVS at the moment, but it looks like
GetMythTVGeometry() is gone from libs/libmyth/util.{cpp,h} but is
still being used by libs/libmythtv/videoout_{xv,xvmc}.cpp 

It looks like your log message was cut off, so maybe you wanted to
say something more about this?
