[mythtv] [patch] fix for program guide freeze during livetv

I was having a problem when using the program guide
during livetv. When using pageUp/pageDown I would
occasionally get locked up and have the following
error on the console "Xlib: unexpected async reply..."
I've attached a patch that seems to have resolved the
issue on my system. Not sure if this is the right
solution, but I figure I would pass it along.
