[mythtv] mythfilldatabase and channels with no frequency

I've also been playing around with mythfilldatabase.  I found that 
option poorly named.  It reads like it should cause something to be 
updated, whereas in fact it causes the database not to be updated.  
Would a patch that renames the option to --no-new-channels be accepted? 
  Should --update be left in as a synonym for backward compatibility?
