[mythtv] FEATURE REQUEST: be able to set a channel change script to control antenna rotor

For the archives: as Isaac said on IRC earlier today, that would  
entirely disable the internal channel-change code, so the card itself  
would never change channels, so your script would also have to do the  
channel changing instead of it getting done internally by Myth.
