[mythtv] [PATCH] Mythgallery: Disable screensaver

Great! But wouldn't it be better to have a global option to disable
the screensaver while the frontend is running.

BTW, Is there a way to make a random slideshow with the whole picture
directory structure? Would be great to see all the pix again I've made
five years ago ;)
