[mythtv] lock-up when opening OSD "program guide"

They are very different. Program guide uses X where as the other OSD talks
directly to the frame buffer.
I would uses the latest X & Ivtv and if you are getting syslog messages
still post them on the ivtv-dev list and I'll take a look.
