[mythtv] Is Commercial Flagging working for everyone?

Most likely mythcommflag is in /usr/local/bin and the path that
mythbackend is running with only had /usr/bin. I ran into this
problem before as well (it will bork transcoding as well). You can
either modify the path that it runs under, or make a symlink in
/usr/bin to the needed executables.
