[mythtv] mythmusic and broken QT on AMD64

For someone that this happens to, please try renaming every occurance of 
PlaybackBox in the mythmusic source to PlaybackMusic or something.  I'm 
thinking it may be an issue with Qt's moc + duplicate names.
