[mythtv] Question: let mediamonitor not restart same module (autoplay CDs)?

Ok, this turned out to be rather easy :-)

Whoever wrote the mediahandler code saw this coming, as there is an 
onMediaEvent function which is called on the active dialog to check if the 
event should be handled by that dialog (or not).

By adding an onMediaEvent() to the playbackbox dialog which returns true 
when autoplay is on, no unloading/loading of MythMusic is done anymore.

Full patch for MythMusic (as well as those for MythGallery) will follow 
once I got feedback on the others.
