[mythtv] patch for tvmenu.xml - To Do List

Here is a patch that will add "To Do List" to the mythtv's menu(classic
menu) under Watch Recordings.

Most of the time when I watch TV I use two screens, the watch recordings
and the fix conflicts.  And it easier to do:
Escape->Down->Right 
  then:
Escape->Up->Right->Down->Down->Down->Down->Down->Right.
  or
Escape->Up->Right->Up->Right.
