[mythtv] Playback-problems using latest cvs

This *may* be a soundcard driver problem.  Please give a little more 
debugging info.

That's a setup issue I should think.  You need to choose a mixer device 
in the same style as the Alsa device (although without ALSA: on the 
front I think).  Something like "default" should work for you?
